After receiving email, our customer service agent will be replying to your email within 24hrs. Depends on the nature of the issue, our support person will assist you to troubleshoot through email and/or remotely. Customers are required to cooperate with our support team in this process. Once our support team is unable to resolve your issue after troubleshoot, we will be refunding the full amount to your account within 24hrs. The refund is processed to the same source you used for payment. Considering nature of our product WAT, please note that the refund is only applicable to the issues or faults in the features offered in the WAT
