REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for the possible remediation. Please see below for more information on our refund policy

Refund Validity

All purchases are eligible for full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. However, we value customer satisfaction and hence, you may be entitled for offers if you face any issues after the refund period.

Refund Process & Criteria

To initiate refund, please email customer service at contact@techipick.com with the following details:

  • Your transaction ID/purchase ID
  • Email address in which you received license key
  • Refund request reason/product issues

After receiving email, our customer service agent will be replying to your email within 24hrs. Depends on the nature of the issue, our support person will assist you to troubleshoot through email and/or remotely. Customers are required to cooperate with our support team in this process. Once our support team is unable to resolve your issue after troubleshoot, we will be refunding the full amount to your account within 24hrs. The refund is processed to the same source you used for payment. Considering nature of our product WAT, please note that the refund is only applicable to the issues or faults in the features offered in the WAT

Exceptions

The following products cannot be refunded:

  • Products sold in special offer and mentioned you explicitly that the purchase is non-refundable
  • Products sold as a part of custom services are eligible for partial refund only
